隨著近幾年國際間對於資訊與資料的關注逐年提升，加上各國對於文化資產保存的推動，與之相關的檔案學領域，再次備受關注。與此同時，國際間文化貿易的交流量劇增，創意產業受到高度重視，智慧財產權（IP）成為當今政治、經濟以及產業發展的重要目標。席捲全球的COVID-19疫情，加速產業數位化轉型，區塊鏈、NFT以及IP也風風火火地進入藝術世界，激盪起各種的人文思辨，也帶動新型態的交易模式，逐漸匯成一股當代的效應及風潮。而這股風潮將會往哪裡去？對於我們藝術產業會產生什麼樣的影響？今年「台北藝術產經研究室」與「國家電影及視聽文化中心」合作，於2021年10月24日舉辦「2021台北藝術產經論壇│2021 TAERC FORUM」，今年主題為「檔案與IP」，邀請藝術、法律、博物館以及影視領域的專家學者，從當前的熱門議題作為切入點，一同探討未知的挑戰與未來的發展走向。

In recent years, with increasing international concerns on the issue of data and cultural assets preservation in various countries, the field of archival science once again attracts wide attention. Moreover, due to the sharply increasing amount of international high cultural trade exchanges, IP (Intellectual Property) rights become the most vital goal of political, economic and industrial development nowadays. The epidemic of COVID-19 has accelerated the digital transformation of the art industries rapidly. Blockchain, NFT (Non-Fungible Token) and IP have also entered the art world along with a new pattern of trade, igniting all kinds of humanistic thinking, and also nurturing new types of trading models. Where will the trend go? How does it affect our art industries?  This year the Taipei Art Economy Research Centre (TAERC) and Taiwan Film and Audiovisual Institute (TFAI) will hold 2021 TAERC FORUM on October 24 with the theme: “Archives & IP Trends”. Experts and scholars in the field of arts, law, museums, and film are invited to discuss the unknown challenges and future development trends.
