The Taipei Art Economy Research Centre offers art appraisal and consultation services to meet the needs of private and corporate collectors, insurance and financial professionals, law firms, government agencies, and non-profit organizations both domestically and abroad.

Assets Appraisal
Provides art appraisal services for estate tax, gift tax, and asset distribution purposes.
Charitable Donation
When conducting art charitable donations, qualified appraisal reports are provided for the National Taxation Bureau and sponsors, assessing the asset at its fair market value.

Insurance Appraisal
Review your property insurance policy to understand the coverage for valuable items. There may be a need for personal property protection for certain private property items.

Art Authentication
To establish a fair and credible platform for art authentication and appraisal, the Taiwan Art Gallery Association has appointed impartial and professional experts, along with elected directors and supervisors, to form the “Artwork Authentication and Appraisal Committee.” In accordance with the “Taiwan Art Gallery Association Artwork Authentication and Appraisal Committee Committee Organizational Regulations,” the committee undertakes the authentication and appraisal of commissioned artworks, employing the most suitable experts, scholars, artists’ families, and scientific testing units in the field for the authentication and appraisal process.
