• " Establishment of Reference Regulations for Art Authentication and Appraisal Procedures and Development of Talent Cultivation Mechanisms" Project, Ministry of Culture Taiwan (R.O.C.)
• 9 expert consultation meetings were held in the field of "Scientific Testing, Appraisal, and Authentication", connecting 45 experts and 40 domestic professional institutions

• Second revision of related regulations "TAGA Appraisal Business Application and Commissioning Methods and Process Explanation"
• Establishment of the "TAGA Artwork Authentication and Appraisal Committee Organizational Regulations" (formulated in 2017, approved at the general assembly in 2018)

• " Art Authentication Database and Scientific Authentication Standardization" Project, Ministry of Culture Taiwan (R.O.C.)
• 2 technical art history expert symposiums and one 1 national-level "2017 Artwork Scientific Testing National Standards Academic Conference" were held

• Art Authentication Pilot Project, Ministry of Culture Taiwan (R.O.C.)
• 6 expert panel discussions were held, connecting nearly 20 experts and 20 domestic professional institutions
• In October, the "Artwork Authentication Pilot Project" website platform was established

The "Taiwan Art Gallery Association" established the affiliated "Taipei Art Economy Research Centre"

• In April, undertook a commission from the Council for Cultural Affairs to handle "Research and Analysis of Current Laws Involving the Visual Arts Industry and Assessment of Administrative Measures for Revitalization Proposals in Taiwan
• On June 11th, completed the revisions of "Taiwan Art Gallery Association's Regulations for Accepting Artwork Authentication and Appraisal" and "Taiwan Art Gallery Association's Regulations for Establishing an Artwork Authentication and Appraisal Committee"
• Led by Chairperson Liu Huan-hsien (劉煥獻), a delegation visited South Korea to obtain the "sample" data of the commonly used art appraisal system in Korea (marking the 20th anniversary of the appraisal mechanism from 1981 to 2002)

Sponsored by the Council for Cultural Affairs, the Association held a "High-Level Professional Gallery Manager Training Course" at the Howard Plaza Hotel Taipei. They invited Leslie Lund and Anne M. Carley, the instructors with practical experience from New York University, to Taiwan. The course covered gallery management, contract concepts, market marketing, art insurance, copyright, artifact identification, asset appraisal, related regulations, and so on. It provided New York experiences and compiled the teaching content into a detailed 195-page handout

• On June 8th (Mon.), the "Taiwan Art Gallery Association" was established. The board of directors formed the "Fine Art Authenticity Appraisal Committee Group", with Liu Huan-hsien (劉煥獻) as the convener for the Western painting group and Huang Cheng-chih (黃承志) as the convener for the ink painting group, presided over by Chairperson Chang Chin-hsing (張金星)
• Due to the increasing demand for market authentication and appraisal, art authentication and appraisal services have been provided since 1992
